<SF> 나파 와이너리 - 도메인 샹동 Domaine Chandon in NAPA

다리우스 와이너리에서 깊은 레드와인에 취해 몽롱해 있다가 두번째로 찾아간 곳은 도메인 샹동- 샴페인 전문 와이너리였다.
깔끔한 캐쥬얼 레스토랑과 바가 결합된 듯한 느낌의 테이스팅 룸이 인상적이었다. 싱그럽게 올라오는 샴페인 기포처럼 청량감이 감도는 바에 기대어 Reserve Tasting, Classic Tasting을 주문했다.

Classic Tasting - $18
Brut Classic - Soft, yet dry with refreshing apple, pear and citrus notes accented by almond and caramel
Clanc de Noirs - Expressive red fruit flavors of cherry, strawberry and currants with a soft, lingering finish.
Rose - Intense strawberry, watermelon and fresh cherry interwoven with apple and stone fruit.
Extra-dry Riche- Rich and full bodied with a whisper of sweetness and luscious flavors of honey and ripe peaches.

설명에 나온 맛들을 다 음미할 수 있는 혀를 가졌다면 좋겠지만... 아직은 그저 단순한 맛만 느낄 수 있기에... 일단 그런가? 하는 느낌으로 마신다. ^^

동굴속으로 들어가는 듯한 느낌을 주는 비지터 센터 입구.

산뜻한 모던 스타일 레스토랑으로 꾸며진 이층 공간. 한쪽은 오픈 바로 한쪽은 이렇게 레스토랑으로 나뉘어져 있다.

보기만 해도 시원한 얼음물과 보기만 해도 흐뭇한.. 팁통. ㅎㅎㅎ.

일단은 주는 대로 마시고 마시고.. 또 마시고.... 취하기. ^^
